FEMA Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP)
The Homeland Security Grant Program is FEMA's flagship preparedness grant, funding state, urban-area, and tribal projects that build and sustain capabilities to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from acts of terrorism and other catastrophic events. HSGP consistently prioritizes interoperable emergency communications aligned with the SAFECOM Interoperability Continuum.
