Privacy notice
This notice describes the operational handling of information submitted through the ip³Things business inquiry form.
Information collected
We collect the contact and business context you choose to provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone, job title, project need, timing and preferred follow-up.
Purpose
We use inquiry information to validate, route, score and respond to your business request. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing communications; marketing consent is separate.
Systems used
The production inquiry is stored in DGOS on Supabase. A controlled sales-work projection may be created on a private Monday.com board. Local n8n may be used by an operator to perform that projection. The website is hosted through the Lovable application stack.
Retention
Active business inquiries are retained through their active lifecycle and generally for up to 24 months afterward. Invalid or spam submissions are targeted for removal or anonymization within 30 days. Withdrawal requests are suppressed immediately and targeted for archive or anonymization within 30 days, while immutable consent evidence may be retained for governance.
Choices and requests
You may ask us to correct information, stop follow-up, withdraw communication consent or request archive/anonymization by contacting info@ip3things.com. Governed records are not hard-deleted when preservation is required for audit evidence.
