Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Grant Program
The EOC Grant Program supports construction and renovation of state, local, tribal, and territorial emergency operations centers, and — critically — the communications and information-technology systems that make an EOC function during a disaster. Interoperable communications gateways, dispatch consoles, and incident-command infrastructure are all eligible.
